The seller warrants that the above puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership to the best of knowledge. The pups are PET quality only. We (the breeders) can not guarantee a young pup's color, weight, temperament, and / or size. The seller must have a licensed veterinarian exam with in 48 hours of sale.We (the breeders) will not be responsible for vet check ups, any medication, or any other charges that may be made. We do charge a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE fee and will be applied to the price. If pup is purchased and found to have a life threating problem ( does not include and not liable for umbical, inguinal hernia, undescended testicles , loose patella, under and/or over bite, parasites, hypoglycemia, coccidia (some of these have to do with stress and moving to new home also not considered life threating). We (the breeders) WILL NOT be in no way liable for the above. If and only if a licensed vet declares this puppy to be unacceptable health the puppy and ALL registration papers must be returned (must have proof from veterinarian) with in 24 hours of vet declaring unhealthy. Then we will replace your puppy with another one IF one is available (or be placed on another wanting list). We do not give cash back. If you do trade for another Yorkshire Terrier the Yorkshire Terrier you trade for most be the same price (or less; if alright with buyer) will not go over the price of the all ready paid Yorkshire. If pup dies with in 48 hours a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy ( buyers pay for this) and the copy of the report must be sent to seller before determine is a replacement is to be made. If a puppy is replaced buyer must pay to have pup shipped back to us and have new puppy shipped to them. Each pup has had vet checks and has been dewormed (however it is possible that a parasite could survive and need further treatment) also up to date on all vaccines before going home with buyer. The Yorkshire terrier pup comes with a six month health guarantee against genetic defects that could cause your Yorkshire terrier puppy an untimely death. The warranty does not cover the inability to breed or to perform in shows. The buyer and breeder both have copies of this contract. This contract and health guarantee is only good for the person(s) that have signed it. Only the owners who have signed this contract will the contract stand for.
This is a binding contract in the state of Tennessee and is the entire agreement between the buyer and breeder concerning health conditions and/or loss of puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in the McMinn County Tennessee Court System.
A copy of the contract ,the bill of sale, and warranty(which will be on the same paper) must be signed before the exchange of the pup. We will mail,email, or fax. You keep a copy and must mail us the original with your signature (not a copy of your signature) must be mailed back to us before shipping.
We are hobby breeders who does this for the love of the breed.
